May 29, 2009 at 7:00 P.M. at the Prestonwood Baptist Church in Plano, Texas, a very big event in the life of my oldest grandson, Matthew, took place. It was commencement.
As seen from the monitor, Prestonwood is one of the larger churches in the area and was an ideal place to hold the event.
Matthew was fourth in his class and the fourth to receive his diploma. They had not perfected the process of facing the camera and waiting for the picture and as a result I was frantically trying to zoom in to get the picture before it was too late and got some motion, but I got a shot.
A big smile outside conveys the message, "It is done."
